Eccentrick Art Show!

WOW, Mary Ward's Art Show, Eccentrick was absolutely amazing.

I enjoyed it much more than I did last year's art show because I was much more involved and I could relate to the art work and was able to do more the whole time. I liked how everyone in their different courses did a bunch of different things that had one common theme and eventually it came together, in unison. It was great to see what my classmates from other courses were doing too. I really liked the videos that the seniors made, it really showed their skills and my favourite video was definitely Developer. Stop. Death! (: It was a great showcase for their work and for the courses that we could take next year.

I think that the only problem I have with the art show was that it wasn't long enough and that it was dangerously late in the year. I think that although there are time restrictions and all, we should try to make the art show earlier as it conflicts with target dates and what not. Also, there should have been a stage for the performers too, like there was last year.

I basically spent at least 3 hours a day at the art show during the whole week performing, doing security, and loitering and I must say that it was not a waste of time at all (mostly). I really wish that it lasted longer but I guess that all good things must come to an end.
